The construction sector in Turkey has been growing for the last five years as the engine of economy, and directly influences more than 100 business branches. Construction has always preserved its importance during the Republican period; however, during the last five decades, we witness very few buildings that are notable in terms of both architecture and of construction quality. There has yet been a revival in the construction sector recently. The competition among the construction companies leads a rise of quality in the architectural design and construction quality to bring a light of hope to enhance our cities to compete with the European metropolises in the future.

In the end of 2005, we embarked on this increasing competition for quality in the construction sector and established Canan Yapı. We, Necati Akyazıcı and Hasan Bulut, the founders of Canan Group, aim for Canan Yapı to become one of the leading companies with its service and quality, as Canan Kozmetik did by earning a rank in the "Second 500 Greatest Industrial Organizations of Turkey" for the last four years.

Real estate investments are one of the most expensive investments with an arduous process of decision for persons and organizations. One who invests money on the greatest and most precious investment of his life is quite righteous in being selective and investigative about the quality of product and service he will buy.
